TTI was launched in Boulder, CO in 2017 and is jointly owned by an industry veteran and multi-billion-dollar industry leader that offers significant support and development opportunities. The production technician will have an excellent personable disposition and a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle the dynamic of a fast-paced startup. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, following company policies & procedures, communication, safety and nurturing the positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
To perform any of the various assembly functions as assigned by production supervisor.
Works in quality conscious and safe manner
Ability to perform work at process speed and/or standard rates.
Advises production supervisor with any problems with tools, equipment, fixtures, materials, or setup operator.
Maintains daily product log.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the production supervisor.
Keeps workstation and surrounding area clean.
Maintain all assigned tools.
Any other duties are required by management.
Pull and prepare parts for the production cycle
Have the ability to drive a 24foot box truck, no CDL is required but a clean driving record is a must.
Training will be provided for driving our forklifts.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Eligible for work in the US
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Prefer 1-2 years of work experience.
Must be able to read, write and have basic computer skills.
Good hand eye coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to work standing for 8 hours.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be punctual.
Follow all plant and departmental safety rules and regulations.
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
