Requirements

The Material Handler holds the crucial responsibility of managing the daily delivery, recovery, and precise inventory control of all materials designated for use in the Brewing/Batching process. This role ensures that all materials are handled efficiently and accurately to support seamless production operations. Additionally, the Material Handler is tasked with unloading incoming materials and product ingredients, verifying that they meet stringent Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) standards, and confirming that all items are correctly labeled to maintain compliance.

The position involves preparing and loading materials for shipment when required. Working diligently within a computerized management system to track and document all movements of materials with high accuracy. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods, minimizing delays, and optimizing inventory turnover.

Exceptional attention to detail is paramount in this role, as it directly impacts product quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of inventory management principles and possess the ability to identify discrepancies or issues promptly to prevent any disruption to the production.

Physical Demands:

·   On/Off forklift: 100+ times per day

·   Lift: 50+lbs+ 50+ times per day 

·   Sitting: 2-3 hours per day

·   Keyboarding: 2-3 hours per day

·   Standing/Walking: 4-5 hours per day

·   Stairs/Ramps: 5-10 times per day

·   Gross Manipulation/Manual: FL Controls, Pedals 3-5 hours per day, Ingredients/materials Bags & 5 gallon buckets

   Pushing/Pulling: Liquid Drums, Materials handling carts and dollies
