Schedule: M-F, 7am-4pm
Pay Rate: 23/hr+ DOE
Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipments
  • Receive, inspect, document, and process incoming materials and outgoing shipments
  • Maintain inventory records and track inventory levels using Excel and MRP/ERP systems
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipping issues
  • Coordinate and perform local deliveries to customer sites
  • Process domestic and international shipments, including required shipping documentation
  • Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a small team environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
  • Experience managing inventory within a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency with MRP or ERP systems
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
  • Ability to accurately manage incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Strong written communication skills for customer and internal correspondence
  • Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Preferences: 
  • Experience with international shipping and export documentation
  • Previous experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse lifts
  • Comfortable learning new technology and inventory systems
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
