Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
• Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Job Duties

• Operate reach trucks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Receive, store, move, replenish, and stage materials throughout the facility
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
• Stack, palletize, and secure products for storage and transportation
• Perform inventory transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock verification
• Inspect equipment and report safety or maintenance concerns
• Follow safety, quality, and warehouse procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support multiple warehouse departments as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.

What You Will Do

As a Material Handler you will safely operate reach truck equipment to move, store, retrieve, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse. You will load and unload materials, replenish storage locations, support order picking, perform equipment inspections, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow established warehouse safety procedures while helping keep products moving efficiently through daily operations.
