ITW delivers differentiated value to North American Automotive OEMs; products include pressure relief valves and air registers. Westminster is a high-volume, automated molding and assembly manufacturing location. Position Summary: Material Handler responsible for warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, loading/unloading, cycle counting, inventory data entry, and operating material handling equipment (pallet jack, forklift). Support timely, accurate shipping and receiving to meet OEM schedules. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Move and stage product/pallets throughout warehouse; pick and assemble shipments per orders. Load and unload trucks using hand truck, power truck, and forklift; drive onto/off trailers in tight spaces. Adhere customer labeling/ASN requirements; apply shrink wrap and secure pallets. Receive deliveries, sort bins, restock finished goods bins, and unload supplier bins. Use ERP/WMS terminals for inventory transactions and enter shipping/invoice data accurately. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy to prevent chargebacks/expedited freight. Weigh, record shipping debits, and verify part numbers, labels, quantities, and addresses. Work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed to meet production/OEM schedules. Follow safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Warehouse experience; forklift operation experience (including trailer loading/unloading). Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (35+ with assistance); stand/walk/ remain active for 8+ hours/day. Strong attention to detail, math skills, and impeccable data entry accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently/team. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with ERP/WMS systems. Experience in automotive manufacturing environment. Physical/Other Requirements: Ability to perform repetitive lifting, standing, walking, and stationary tasks typical of warehouse work. Forklift certification/current or prior certification preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay: \$22-\$26/hr.
