Schedule: 1st Shift- Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3pm
Pay Rate: $15.25
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Reboxing / Material Handlers to support warehouse and fulfillment operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring products are properly handled, reboxed, and prepared to meet quality and shipping standards. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well with others, and take pride in consistent attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Rebox, handle, and move materials according to operational and quality standards.
Meet strict deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and balancing throughout the shift.
Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments.
Maintain reliable attendance and arrive to work on time each scheduled day.
Support overtime and extended hours as business needs require.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, leads, or management.
Qualifications:
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Physically able to perform repetitive manual tasks for the duration of the shift.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work well with others.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a warehouse or fulfillment center and requires flexibility to support overtime and peak production periods as needed.
