Key Responsibilities:
- Receive goods into the warehouse system, verifying against purchase orders or advanced ship notices
- Validate the condition and quantities of returned materials against return authorizations, noting any discrepancies.
- Use pick lists or handheld computer instructions to retrieve material from stock and move it to the order fill area.
- Complete packaging of orders according to established guidelines.
- Apply labels and insert required documents on shipments.
- Perform shipment transactions for outgoing orders, verifying shipment counts and packaging integrity.
- Prepare shipment documents and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate loading and marking.
