• Stage steel parts for welders using project blueprints
• Move, sort, and organize materials throughout the shop
• Stack and store steel safely and efficiently
• Prepare steel parts using a drill press and hand tools
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to transport materials (training provided)
• Work closely with welders, machine operators, and production leaders to keep projects moving
• Help maintain organized inventory and support production priorities

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, safety-minded team player
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working around equipment and moving materials
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate

Why Klute?

• Consistent daytime schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• Join a growing, family-owned company with a strong reputation for quality
• Opportunities for advancement as we continue to expand
• Hands-on work where you'll make a direct impact on production
• Supportive team environment that values hard work, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement

If you're looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a company where your work matters and your future can grow, we'd love to have you join the Klute team.
