Material Handler

Job Summary
The Material Handler is responsible for the efficient, accurate, and safe movement of materials throughout all phases of the manufacturing process. This role supports production by loading, unloading, transporting, and storing materials in a timely manner while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring uninterrupted workflow. The Material Handler also helps keep warehouse and production areas organized and prepares required documentation to support smooth operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Material Movement & Handling

• Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and storage locations using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment
• Transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to designated areas safely and efficiently
• Verify skid counts, quantities, and weights to ensure accuracy
• Dispose of manufacturing by-products according to site procedures
• Maintain organized warehouse and production areas to support continuous workflow

Schedule & Training

• Primary shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Schedule may be 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days (flexibility required)
• Training will take place on 1st Shift:5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Qualifications

• Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Rate

• $21.00 per hour
