- Assist in training new warehouse staff, sharing knowledge of processes and safety protocols.
- Organize the movement of items in and out of the warehouse, ensuring proper stocking and reordering as necessary.
- Pack items according to customer preferences and company guidelines, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
- Provide customer service by liaising between warehouse staff and customers, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Load goods efficiently and safely into vehicles or shipping containers, ensuring brand consistency and verifying loading patterns.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, processing, and shipping items while maintaining quality control.
- Work with warehouse clerks to ensure successful shipment of goods, reviewing orders for accuracy and coordinating outbound shipments.
