Material Handler / General Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Material Handler/General Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading products, assisting with production, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.

• Stage materials for production and shipping.

• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (if certified).

• Assist production personnel with assembly, packaging, and other general labor tasks.

• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.

• Maintain inventory and organize warehouse storage areas.

• Keep work areas clean and free of debris.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.

• Forklift experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic math and communication skills.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/Warehouse environment.

• Standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.

• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
