Shipping & Inventory Associates Needed – 1st Shift Opportunities!Lake & Geauga County, OH
Inova Staffing is currently hiring for multiple Shipping, Inventory, and Material Handling positions with several manufacturing and distribution clients throughout Lake and Geauga Counties. We are seeking dependable candidates who can safely operate material handling equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and help keep shipping and receiving operations running smoothly.These are excellent opportunities for candidates with warehouse experience who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and operating lift trucks.1-2 years of lift truck experience required
Pay Range: $19.00+/hr.
Pay rate varies based on experience, equipment proficiency, and position.
We Are Hiring For:
  • Shipping & Receiving Associates
  • Inventory Control Specialists
  • Material Handlers
  • Warehouse Associates
  • Forklift Operators
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of lift truck experience required
  • Experience operating one or more of the following:
    • Tow Motor
    • Sit-Down Forklift
    • Stand-Up Forklift
    • High Reach Truck
  • Shipping and receiving experience preferred
  • Inventory control experience
  • Experience using RF scanners, barcode scanners, or warehouse management systems preferred
  • ERP system experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills required for some positions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
