Role Focus
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to position, relocate, and stack products.
Load/unload trucks and containers with careful attention to inventory accuracy.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment; escalate maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Support inventory counts and maintain precise records of handled materials.
Partner with colleagues to enhance throughput and optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift operator certification is required.
Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting.
Detail-oriented with strong ability to follow instructions.
Effective communicator and cooperative team player.
Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as needed.
