Material Handler / Stores Clerk
Pay Rate: Up to $32.00 per hour
Location: Everett, WA 98204
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
 
Are you organized, dependable, and enjoy working in a warehouse or inventory environment? We are seeking a Material Handler / Stores Clerk to support training operations at a leading aerospace manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys inventory management, material handling, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced environment.
 
What You'll Do
As a Material Handler / Stores Clerk, you'll play an important role in ensuring training teams have the materials and supplies they need to succeed.
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Maintain an organized inventory of training materials and supplies
  • Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute incoming materials
  • Store materials in the warehouse and maintain satellite inventory locations
  • Fill material requests for training classes
  • Assist employees and trainers in locating supplies and equipment
  • Package and ship materials to off-site training facilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and supply logs
  • Perform annual inventory counts and cycle counts
  • Submit replenishment requests to inventory coordinators
  • Keep warehouse and storage areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Support daily warehouse operations as assigned
 
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
  • Experience in material handling, warehouse, inventory, shipping and receiving, or stockroom operations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to accurately maintain inventory records
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment
 
Previous experience supporting manufacturing, aerospace, distribution, or production operations is a plus, but motivated candidates with relevant warehouse experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
  • Up to $32.00 per hour
