About the Role
Picture your shift: you arrive on the swing shift and step into a high-energy warehouse where freight is constantly moving. You’ll cycle on and off your forklift throughout the day, sorting freight, loading and unloading trailers, and keeping product flowing to shipping and receiving. You’ll stack and label pallets with care, lend a hand wherever needed, and stay agile as priorities shift.
You will frequently mount and dismount the forklift and should be comfortable with continuous motion and a fast work pace.
What You’ll Do
- Sort, load, and unload trailers efficiently and safely
- Support receiving and shipping operations
- Stack, wrap, and label palletized loads to specification
- Cross-train and operate additional machines as needed (training provided)
What You Bring
- 2+ years of warehouse experience (required)
- 2+ years of forklift experience (required)
- Forklift Certification
- Ability to repeatedly lift 40–50 lbs as part of regular duties
- Reliability for overtime and occasional weekends when business requires
Schedule, Pay, and Benefits
- Employment type: Full-time, in-person
- Schedule: Swing shift / 12-hour shift
- Compensation: From $16.00 per hour
