Apply today to join our growing team!Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReceive, review, and verify incoming shipments for correct quantity and product typeProcess inbound and outbound orders safely and accuratelyRecord and track materials received, stored, and distributed within the facilityWeigh, count, and inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standardsMaintain accurate inventory, purchasing, and shipping recordsCompile and review information from purchase orders, invoices, and reportsMonitor stock levels and identify when inventory needs replenishmentPerform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory auditsInvestigate and report damages, discrepancies, or inventory adjustmentsVerify product IDs, pallet IDs, and stock numbers to ensure accurate shipmentsOrganize and stage materials to support efficient warehouse operationsOperate warehouse material handling equipment while following all safety policiesADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, quality control, or related warehouse operationsAbility to follow verbal and written instructions in the facility's primary languageBasic math and computer skills requiredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working in an ambient warehouse environment (temperatures may reach up to ~100°F depending on the season)Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40 lbs regularlyWillingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if neededComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levelsPay Range: $17.79 - $30.05BenefitsLineage provides safe, stable, reliable work environments, medical, dental, and basic life and disability insurance benefits, 401k retirement plan, paid time off, annual bonus eligibility, and a minimum of 7 holidays throughout the calendar year.Lineage is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local laws that prohibit workplace discrimination and unlawful harassment and retaliation.
