Role: Materials Handler
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Duties & Responsibilities
Support production operations by ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials according to the build schedule
Kit materials to production work orders based on production requirements
Issue production materials to kanban locations and maintain assigned inventory
Perform SAP transactions to accurately track and update material status
Participate in monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities
Accurately count, verify, and reconcile material quantities
Troubleshoot material-related issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Prioritize daily tasks to meet production and kanban demands
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist in training new team members on processes and procedures
Lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 lbs
Work collaboratively across departments and understand key facility contacts and workflows
Required Experience
Minimum 3+ years of materials handling experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a medical device cleanroom environment
SAP and general computer experience
