Job Title: Material Handling Operator 2

Location(s): Oklahoma City, OK


Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP EWM Warehouse Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP EWM and SAP SRP processes, along with a solid understanding of receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against shipping documentation, including material number, description, and quantity.
  • Inspect incoming goods for visible damage and document discrepancies as required.
  • Process Goods Receipt transactions in SAP EWM.
  • Organize the receipt, storage, picking, movement, and removal of materials within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Pick and assemble customer or internal deliveries from warehouse storage locations.
  • Verify order accuracy, including quantities and material numbers, before shipment.
  • Package shipments according to shipping instructions, packaging standards, and applicable Dangerous Goods requirements.
  • Process Goods Issue transactions in SAP EWM.
  • Prepare and attach all required shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
  • Perform internal material movements and, when required, transport materials outside company premises using appropriate equipment.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures while adapting to changing operational requirements.
  • Resolve routine warehouse issues using established processes and best practices.
  • Support internal and external customers by responding to routine operational inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with SAP warehouse processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM).
  • Experience with SAP SRP processes.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ability to accurately process warehouse transactions and maintain inventory records.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and Dangerous Goods handling.
  • Experience performing inventory counts and stock reconciliation.

Experience:

  • Three-year vocational training in a related field or three years of relevant practical warehouse experience.

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to safely move and handle materials using appropriate warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the workday.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Thursday: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
