Position Title: Inbound Material Handler / Recycling Associate
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ (303 & Camelback)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $18.21 – $18.62/hour
Employment Type: 4-6 Weeks
Position Overview
We are currently seeking 4 dependable Inbound Material Handlers / Recycling Associates for an automotive parts company located in Litchfield Park, AZ. This role is responsible for supporting inbound warehouse operations, material handling, recycling processes, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Material Handling
• Move, load, and unload materials manually or using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
• Transport products and supplies throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Stage materials for production, shipping, or storage
• Organize inventory in designated areas and maintain accurate stock placement
• Assist with rack reconfiguration to optimize storage capacity and improve space utilization
• Follow proper handling procedures to prevent product loss, damage, or safety hazards
• Assist receivers with opening and preparing items to be received
Recycling / Waste Management
• Sort and separate recyclable materials including cardboard, plastics, and metals according to company guidelines
• Operate balers, compactors, or other recycling equipment safely as trained
• Dispose of waste in compliance with environmental and safety regulations
• Maintain clean recycling stations and waste areas throughout the facility
• Identify reusable materials and support waste reduction efforts
• Track and report recycling output or waste metrics if needed
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards when handling waste and recyclable materials
Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous warehouse, material handling, recycling, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance required
• Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
• Attention to safety and organizational standards

• Automotive parts warehouse/distribution environment
• Fast-paced and physically active setting
• Exposure to warehouse equipment, recyclable materials, dust, and varying temperatures
• PPE may be required depending on department
