Power/mation has an immediate opening for a full-time Material Handling Specialist at our Roseville, Minnesota location. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm. Key Responsibilities • Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately following FIFO principles• Prepare domestic and international shipments within time standards• Receive and verify inbound shipments; store inventory in proper locations• Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate system records• Resolve discrepancies and report damaged or nonconforming materials• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory processes• Support walk-in customers and internal teams with order needs• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assignedQualifications • High school diploma or equivalent• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred• Experience using an ERP system; Epicor Profit21 (P21) preferred• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Effective communication and teamwork skills• Ability to learn products, systems, and warehouse operations• Basic math skillsWork Environment & Physical Requirements • Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs regularly• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motionAbout Power/mationWith a rich history dating back to 1961, Power/mation is at the forefront of the automation industry.
