Material Management Receiver/Expediter, FT Days

Receiver/Expediter will assist in the organization and execution of duties, functions, activities, and responsibilities which shall encompass the accurate and uninterrupted flow of materials to inventory to requesting departments under the direction of the Central Distribution Supervisor and Supply Chain Management Team.

Required Skills

• Able to lift 50 lbs. – repetitively
• Certified in forklift/material handling equipment
• Able to withstand warehouse conditions
• Clerical aptitude for – manual filing
• Computer data entry skills
• Knowledge of Material Management Inventory Systems
• Good customer service skills

Required Experience

Required:

• Valid California Driver’s License
• Must obtain and maintain approval by PIH Health insurance carrier to drive hospital vehicle(s). 

Preferred:

• High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred.
• Basic Windows and mouse experience preferred.
• Hospital/medical supply receiving/shipping experience preferred.
