Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing North America master data for Crop Protection, Seed Growth, Row Crops, and Licensing businesses to support Commercial, Product Supply, Finance, and Global business operations. Ensures the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of material master data across SAP and related systems. Supports operational excellence through data quality, issue resolution, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Job Description

  • Accountable for the creation and ongoing maintenance of master data in SAP and ancillary systems (e.g., Integrated Reference Data, Product360)
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality material master data availability
  • Identify and resolve material master data issues proactively
  • Analyze data processes and recommend best practices and improvements
  • Incorporate process updates into audit and training materials
  • Coordinate with IT for system enhancements and production support
  • Participate in or manage small data-related projects
  • Maintain operational metrics supporting timeliness, accuracy, and internal controls

 

Skills Required

  • 1–3 years of experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate real-world scenarios into structured business data
  • Self-starter and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work consistently and handle multiple processes
  • Experience in ERP data governance, data management, or material/supply chain data
  • Knowledge of agriculture, breeding, and/or biotechnology is an advantage
  • Understanding of complex databases and large data sets

 

Education/Training/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a drug screening and background check
  • Start Time: 08:00 AM

 

Pay Rate/Salary

  • Estimated Salary: $35.82 to $43.82 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
