Description
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, AA, BS in business, logistics, inventory management
- 5+ years of experience in inventory management, material planning, purchasing
- Experience in materials planning for a manufacturing environment preferably for capital equipment or complex machinery, large BOMs
- Understanding of Logistics and Shipping a plus
- Must have SAP experience. Knowledge of SAP transaction MD04, MB51, LS24, MB21, MB22
- Expert level Excel (VLookup, pivot table, formulas)
- Able to create PowerPoint Presentations
- Support Shipping of new products
- Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
- Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
- Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
- Communicate any delivery issues related to build schedules
- Maintain relationship with Program Management, Engineering, suppliers and customers
