Responsibilities:
  • Supervisor Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them
  • Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.
  • Will be responsible for performing weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.
 
Skills:
  • SAP experience
  • Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred
  • Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics)
  • Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.
  • Experience with leading/supporting preventive maintenance program.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $43.91- $43.91/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
