Requires reading specs, lifting, standing, and operating basic tools. Key duties include exposing, developing, mounting, punching, inspecting, and repairing plates to meet quality standards. Additional tasks include cleaning, filing, ordering supplies, and assisting in other production areas as needed. Must have strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work under pressure. Environmental conditions include noise, chemicals, dust, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Dependability and willingness to work overtime are essential.
