The Materials Representative plays a vital role in managing physical inventory of spare parts, supplies, and tools to support field services and ensure high customer service quality.
- Make deliveries, pick up supplies, and count inventory for accuracy
- Place vendor orders, ship/receive parts, and reconcile invoices
- Operate warehouse equipment and maintain company vehicle
- Process requests from technicians and perform warehouse housekeeping
- Participate in safety programs and promote safety guidelines
- Track and return cores for credit, manage inventory software
- Perform general duties as assigned
Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in materials management, preferred industry experience, basic invoicing knowledge, valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Office and inventory tools. Skills needed are strong communication, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Physical demands involve lifting, climbing, and working in varied weather and noise conditions.
