Sheet Metal Fabrication
Become an EMPLOYEE OWNER and work in a STATE OF THE ART sheet metal fabrication shop as a Fabricator. Help your team meet production needs by running various types of fabrication machines - press brake, laser, turret, spot welder, tig welder, insert, drill press, hand tools. Requires basic shop math, the use of measuring tools, the ability to operate machinery and the use of hand tools.
Payrate will be evaluated against applicant's skills and experience

Tig Welder - Sheet Metal Fabrication

Perform Gas Tungsten Arc Welding operations on fabricated weldments, utilizing stainless, carbon steel and aluminum sheet materials. Follow prescribed procedures and welding process sheets, accurately interpret drawings to attain required tolerances and part quality expectations. Work independently, detect errors and comply with volume and production flow requirements.

2026 Summer Temporary Employment
Hatco is seeking temporary employees for the summer. Applicants will be placed in Assembly, Sheet Metal Fabrication or Support areas.
Assembly: Pre-Assembly and Assembly work of industrial food service equipment. Must be capable of working with various hand tools and equipment required in the Assembly process.
Sheet Metal Fabrication: Perform routine sheet metal operations within a Fabrication cell. Duties include moving and handling materials, deburring, application of various fasteners and/or tapping. Must be at least 18 years old
Support Areas: Responsible for picking parts and material, restocking parts and moving material throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities may include counting and packing, bagging and tagging parts and assembling kits. Receiving and distributing finished product for relocation and shipping preparation may be required.
All positions require: Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions and work from routine specifications provided. Expected to maintain quality and quanity of work. Responsible for housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area.
Become a part of a dynamic team for the 2026 summer months! Enjoy 40 hours per week on first shift. 6:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday. Some overtime may be required. Employment will be contracted through ABR Employment with placement at Hatco Corporation.

Perform a variety of tasks related to facility and machine maintenance. Examine CNC, Robotic and other types of production equipment to enhance predictive and preventative maintenance practices, analyze historical failures and implement corrective action, diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines. Plan work relating to installation of new equipment, electrical services, and building maintenance, using equipment drawings, equipment specifications, and wiring diagrams. Perform other related maintenance tasks as required.

Material Specialist

Reporting Status: Reports to Assembly Team Leader, Assembly Assistant Team Leader, Assembly Coordinator, Assembly Team Specialist or Assembly Department Manager.

Aluminum Fabrication
Become an EMPLOYEE OWNER and operate various machines to prepare aluminum extrusions for use in assembly. Work from engineering drawings to cut, punch and drill aluminum extrusions to specified orders and schedules. Work on various saws, hand tools, punches, fixtures and deburing equipment. Use of measuring instruments required. Ensure proper material utilization and maintain quality and quantity of work to conform to production standards and production flow.
Starting rate is $21.00 per hour. Wage consideration made for prior or relevant experience.
Work hours: 6:00AM - 4:30PM Monday-Thursday. Possible OT Friday mornings.
