Job Overview:
Pay Range: $16.00hr - $17.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a role involving logistics, booking, and freight.
- Ability to operate a computer and communicate via telephone.
- Must possess steel-toed boots.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
- Process and approve all freight invoices through a 3rd party system.
- Code invoices and upload them into the ERP system.
- Support the production planning department with job functions based on workload.
- Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Unload incoming shipments and receive goods into the facility.
- Run daily orders for shipping and set tasks for the day.
- Perform data entry into SAP for closing out orders.
- Prepare export documents, hazardous material documentation, and international documents.
- Work interdepartmentally and with other organization locations.
- Communicate effectively with external vendors and customer service.
- Handle claims and resolutions.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Contribute to division results and performance.
- Address internal and external customer needs and expectations.
- Operate pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.

Qualification And Education:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds on a frequent basis.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Ability to climb and descend stairs.
- Ability to bend, carry, reach, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.
- Ability to work in environments with heat up to 110 degrees and cold to 0 degrees.
- Ability to work in areas where noise level requires hearing protection.
- Ability to work in environments with varying amounts of dust and dirt.
- Ability to work on concrete surfaces.
