Materials and Logistics Manager

Responsible for managing and coordinating procurement of materials, components, supplies, and services to support operations, ensuring quality, quantity, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Supervises buyers and clerical staff, oversees warehousing, and maintains accurate, lean inventory.

• Oversee procurement activities, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier quality and stability.
• Research and evaluate suppliers, prepare bids, and recommend high-quality vendors.
• Participate in management meetings, provide technical and operational input.
• Maintain and audit inventory using the MRP system, perform cycle counts.
• Collaborate with other departments on strategic planning and operational improvements.
• Other duties assigned by COO.

  Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years manufacturing experience, and APICS certification preferred. Knowledge of ISO 27001 security policies is also required.
