Our client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Materials - Buyer - Direct – Advanced for their Santa Clara, CA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Convert PR into purchase order in a timely manner.
  • Monitor material availability and ensure on time delivery.
  • Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead time, capacity and delivery commitments.
  • Track supplier performance and proactively identify potential supply risks.
  • Collaborate with planning, engineering, quality, logistics and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Maintain purchasing data and system records in SAP.
