POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
- Prepares related documents.
- Maintains shipping/receiving area.
- Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
- Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
- Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
- Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years' experience preferred
- Warehouse / manufacturing or distribution experience
- Inventory experience
- Data Entry experience. Proficient in MS Excel using Macros. Able to work in other WMS or similar systems.
- Attention to Detail
- Solid communication skills and prior Customer Service experience.
- Sense of urgency and able to multitask.
- Must be able to walk on concrete plant floors for prolonged periods while performing job duties
Schedule/ Shift: C -Crew: Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Sunday, Monday 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM. Able to work additional hours or different shifts as needed.
