    Description

    3form is the leading manufacturer of award-winning translucent sustainable materials and solutions for the Architecture + Design industry. The company focuses on producing high-quality materials with a low environmental impact. We're seeking a proactive, reliable, and meticulous sales representative based in the Boston area covering Boston, Western MA, NH, ME & VT territory. In this role, you will support designers, architects, contractors, dealers, and end-users throughout the territory. You will work closely with 3form's internal project support staff on sampling, quoting, technical services, and project management.

    Position Description:

    • Conduct 12-15 high-quality client meetings every week. Meeting types include virtual project specific meetings, product presentations, AIA/IDCEC CEU presentations.
    • Build long-term, positive relationships with firms and individuals based on mutual respect, competence, and general likeability.
    • Maintain and refine existing systems to track projects from client interest to specification to construction and completion (sampling -> quoting -> ordering -> installation -> imagery).
    • Follow up on all leads provided by the company
    • Negotiate pricing
    • Handle field calls, give out budget pricing, and create projects and customers in CRM
    • Develop technical proficiency in 3form products to answer standard client questions and concern
    • Attend and participate in a weekly team sales call.
    • Attend annual sales conferences (location may vary) & quarterly territory reviews (via Teams) as applicable.

    Required Skills/Attributes for Success:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Developing technical proficiency in 3form product
    • Managing a high volume of communication using technology.
    • Basic understanding of Excel

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher
    • 3-5 years of experience in sales or remote sales with a proven track record
    • Ability to read architectural drawings is preferred
    • Business development mindset focused on aggressively growing sales
    • Deep understanding of the sales process within the A&D community.
    • Strong emotional intelligence with experience working in an entrepreneurial environment
    • Successful track record in driving growth in revenue, number of projects
    • Ability to manage projects and problem solve specifiers' concerns and/or questions
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
