This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly by ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. As the Materials Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting production by managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and analyzing demand to prevent disruptions.


In this role, you will:

- Monitor raw material inventory and align supply with production schedules to avoid

shortages or excess inventory

- Place and manage purchase orders, ensuring materials arrive on time and meet quality

expectations

- Partner with suppliers to address delays, shortages, or performance concerns

- Analyze data and forecasts to anticipate material needs and adjust plans accordingly

- Collaborate closely with operations, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to support

production goals

- Identify and communicate potential supply risks and recommend solutions

- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems to ensure reliable planning and reporting


This position primarily works standard business hours, with flexibility needed to respond to changing production or supply chain demands.


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- - -High school diploma required; additional education in supply chain, business, or operations is a plus

- - -2+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or a related role

- - -Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and experience with ERP/MRP systems

- - -Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and adapt to changing priorities

- - -Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and suppliers
