    The Onsite Material Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Service existing accounts.
    • Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
    • Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
    • Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
    • Cultivate and grow customer base.
    • Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
    • Extensive mill tool knowledge REQUIRED
    • Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a Plus
    • Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
    • Must have current, valid driver's license and acceptable record at all times.
    • Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
    • Excellent Customer Service skills
    • Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
    • Work closely with other departments or business units.
    • Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
    • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
