Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science/Engineering or related field; advanced degree with 0 years experience is acceptable.
- 0–3 years of relevant materials engineering/laboratory experience.
- Strong foundational knowledge of materials science.
- Hands-on laboratory experience from industrial, research, or academic environments.
- Ability to perform hands-on lab testing and material evaluation.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to assess/evaluate changes in operations, materials, or processes.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new tasks.
- Ability to work independently with general supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
