Role overview

Join us as a dependable, detail-focused partner who keeps materials moving and inventory precise across a busy manufacturing floor. As the Materials Flow and Dock Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be hands-on at the dock and on the shop floor, working closely with production and fabrication to ensure parts and finished goods move smoothly, safely, and on time.

A day in the life

  • Receive inbound materials and verify every shipment against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Load and unload trucks efficiently while following safety practices.
  • Accurately record inventory changes and keep counts current.
  • Pull, package, and stage parts and products for outgoing shipments.
  • Transport materials between departments and buildings to keep work flowing.
  • Make local deliveries and pick up parts from vendors as needed using a company vehicle.
  • Perform quality checks on incoming materials and outgoing orders.
  • Keep the warehouse neat, organized, and aligned with inventory standards.
  • Pitch in with production and shop operations whenever needed.

What you bring

  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory processes, including First-In, First-Out (FIFO) practices.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Comfort working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift materials and stay active throughout the shift.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required (company vehicle use required).
