Job Overview:

Pay Range: $13hr - $18hr

Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory management devices.
  • Experience working within SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, bills of material, and inventory documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Pick mechanical components, parts, and materials from warehouse racking locations to fulfill production and manufacturing orders.
  • Accurately kit materials according to production schedules, work orders, bills of material (BOMs), and customer requirements.
  • Utilize RF scanning devices to perform material movements, inventory transactions, and order confirmations.
  • Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP.
  • Stage and deliver kits and materials to designated production areas in a timely manner.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and material specifications to ensure order accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock, discrepancies, shortages, or potential material constraints to supervisors and planners.
  • Assist in cycle counting and inventory control activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and answer questions regarding material availability, order status, kit completion, and inventory locations.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve material issues.
  • Maintain organized warehouse storage locations and ensure proper stock rotation practices.
  • Follow all company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
  • Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and other warehouse functions as assigned.

Qualification And Education:

Physical Requirements(Due to nature of job, The candidate must have):
  • Ability to frequently walk, stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Ability to work safely in a warehouse and distribution environment.
