Quanex is looking for a Material Handler to join our team located in Winnebago, IL.
This position is part of a team responsible for moving finished goods around and out of the facility in a safe, timely and efficient manner.

What Success Looks Like:
- Receive and stock finished goods and pull customer orders.
- Scan finished goods when received, stocked, moved, and shipped.
- Record/print inventory activity information.
- Enter and print shipping documentation.
- Load trucks with packaged finished goods.
- Assist with packaging finished goods, as necessary
- Adhere to established standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
Your Credentials:
- A high school degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to work 8 hours, Monday – Friday, from 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm.
- Good reading ability, including the ability to read and understand packaging layouts.
- Good computer proficiency with the ability to use a variety of systems.
- Good detail orientation.
- Ability to be certified on and to operate forklifts.
- Ability to perform the physical functions of the job, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
