MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Working under general supervision, this role is actively involved in material movements in a warehouse
environment. Duties may include loading trailers, unloading trailers, processing receiving and put away, cycle
counting, de-crating, picking KTE carts, and may use material handling equipment such as forklifts and stretch
wrappers. Working to pick orders efficiently and correctly for daily shipments to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
" Understands material movement/inventory levels and completes timely processing of assigned tasks.
" Performs material movements both physically and systematically conducted within a controlled environment
where ESD controls may exist.
" Processes stock transfers, material requests and put-away. Loads and/or unloads trucks as required.
" May operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks or other equipment with appropriate
training and/or certification. May drive cut-away box truck to move material between buildings with appropriate
training.
" May assist and train associates with on the job training.
" Understands and uses the ERP system for material management activity. Utilizes root cause analysis to
research material movement and resolve discrepancies.
" Performs cycle counting
" Participates in continuous improvement initiatives which include warehouse material flow systems and
procedures
" Seeks efficiency in system and process gaps and elevates awareness to management
" Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration. Promotes a positive work environment.
" Participate in on-the-job training for warehouse and manufacturing processes, corporate policies, safety procedures, GMP, ISO Standards as defined by supervisor. " Adheres to all environmental, health and safety SOP s, equipment, policies and procedures, including any department specific requirements. Serves on safety, quality and other committees, if applicable. " Complies with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.

" Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time " Ability to handle and lift up to 50 lbs as needed for specific job functions " Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team " Needs to work well under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
Minimum 2 years Experience of material handling or prior warehouse experience preferred
