    Description

    Swope Health is seeking a detailed oriented and dependable Materials Handler to provide oversight to the process of mail distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory and distribution of materials. The Procurement Handler is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the organization, ensuring efficient and timely delivery to the correct recipients

    PRIMARY Responsibilities:

    • Provide services and monitor mailing and shipping process for all member company
    • Lead and monitor the receiving of all materials, goods and services into department area including coordination with all vendors.
    • Lead and monitor all inventory management activities including stocking, filling orders, replenishment of stock and data entry.
    • Deliver goods, services and materials to assigned areas in a timely manner on a daily
    • Provide high quality customer service to all customers, vendors and enterprise companies.

      Experience/ Qualification REQUIREMENTS:

      • High School diploma or equivalent.
      • One to two years of experience in supply chain management (healthcare preferred} - primarily receiving, distribution, and experience with ail handling would be a plus
      • Computer skills preferred including ability to use internet and Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
      • High quality customer service skills including outstanding interpersonal skills.
      • Valid driver's license.
