Job summary:

Responsible for distribution and storage of materials delivered to the Supply Chain Department. Responsible for the PAR Level System throughout the Facility. Understands and can perform receiving job duties as needed. Understands basic purchasing functions and can act as a purchasing agent if needed.

Job duties:

  • Receives and fills all supply requisitions, from departments, that are not replenished by the PAR System.
  • Maintains all areas of materials storage in a neat and organized manner.
  • All supplies are taken out of the original shipping box for storage.
  • Properly handles and stores sterile items to maintain sterility.
  • Notifies the Supply Chain Director when supplies or special orders are needed.
