Make Every Minute on the Line Count

Step into Technipaq’s Cary, IL warehouse on 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm) and become the point person who keeps production running smoothly. You’ll stage materials precisely when and where they’re needed, move product safely and efficiently with a sit-down forklift, and keep inventory accurate so customer ship dates are never missed.

A Day in the Life

  • Deliver raw materials to and from production areas to support 24-hour manufacturing schedules.
  • Fill allocation sheets submitted by production to meet material demands on time.
  • Track and reconcile on-hand inventory so orders are fulfilled without delay.
  • Load and unload trucks, prepare orders for shipment, and put away returned/unused materials.
  • Assist with general upkeep and organization of warehouse areas.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of accident‑free sit-down forklift operation.
  • 2+ years in shipping and receiving, including loading/unloading with a forklift and creating/reading shipping labels.
  • Proven experience moving product to shelving at least five levels high, picking from stacked racking, and delivering to machines via forklift.
  • Hands-on inventory experience and proficiency with RF scanners.
  • Strength and stamina: lift 35–60 lbs from floor to shoulder and 10–35 lbs from shoulder to overhead; push 200–400 lbs using a cart, hand truck, or pallet jack.
  • Ability to measure to 1/16 of an inch with a ruler; solid math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
  • Reliable, self-directed work style with basic keyboarding/data entry skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with automatic shrink wrapping.
  • Familiarity with balers.
  • Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and WorldShip systems.

Team and Reporting

You will report to Warehouse Supervisors and collaborate with teams across the company to uphold customer specifications and quality standards.
