Materials Handling Forklift Specialist — Lester Prairie, MN

Picture this: the dock door rises, the morning air rolls in, and you’re the first to set the pace—safely lifting, staging, and moving materials with precision. As a Materials Handling Forklift Specialist, you’ll keep product flowing smoothly through our facility while also stepping into broader Warehouse Associate duties when needed. It’s hands-on work that builds versatile skills and keeps every day fresh.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks with a forklift
• Transport materials to and from storage locations around the facility
• Support warehouse operations outside of the lift—picking, staging, and general material handling—through cross-training
• Communicate with team members to maintain safe, orderly workflows

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday – Thursday (Some mandatory Fridays)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
• Wage: $20.00 per hour

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production setting
• Valid forklift certification/license

Work Environment

This role is in a not climate controlled facility. You’re comfortable working in changing temperatures and staying alert on a busy floor.
