This role is for a Materials Lab Technician based at our Research and Engineering Tech Center in Benton Harbor, MI.
Primary responsibilities include testing materials to ensure they meet performance and regulatory standards, developing test procedures, documenting results, and supporting product development.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with 1+ years of experience in standard testing methods and equipment calibration. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or Design, knowledge of lean principles, proficiency with software tools, and project management skills.
