Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead Inventory Strategy – Balance stock levels to meet production demand while minimizing waste and excess.
  • Own Supplier Partnerships – Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure the materials needed to keep operations running at top speed.
  • Drive Logistics & Distribution – Oversee transportation, warehousing, and scheduling to guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Champion Quality – Partner with QA to ensure all incoming materials meet automotive standards and specifications.
  • Innovate & Improve – Lead continuous improvement initiatives with Lean, automation, and new technology to streamline operations.
  • Manage Budgets – Forecast, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Lead a High-Impact Team – Mentor and develop a team of planners, buyers, and warehouse staff, building a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety – Uphold environmental, health, and safety standards while minimizing supply chain risks.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Automotive manufacturing experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years in materials, supply chain, or procurement roles within manufacturing
  • 1–2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, inventory management)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management tools, and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
