As a Materials Manager, we count on you to ensure the right materials are available at the right time to support safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will lead materials planning, inventory management, and material flow across fabrication, coating, and assembly operations at our Pendergrass site. You will make an impact by: We lead materials planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production requirements. We ensure material availability for metal fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes. We manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory optimization initiatives. We partner with procurement and suppliers to support continuity of supply and plant ramp-up. We drive effective use of MRP/ERP systems and improve material flow and data accuracy. We lead and develop materials, planning, and warehouse teams. We support new product introductions, capacity increases, and continuous improvement efforts. We promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the organization. You will win us over with the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: We typically look for a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. We value 8 or more years of materials management or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment. We seek experience with complex manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, coating, or assembly. We prefer experience supporting plant start-ups or major production ramp-ups.
