Materials Mgmt Strider, Marshall Medical Centers South, Full Time, 1st Shift

Overview

The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements, which may be inherent in the position.

Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager, the Materials Management Strider will perform all materials management functions in a prompt, accurate, and reliable manner according to established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. They will be required to drive both box trucks and delivery van. This role will also be required to work rotating Saturday's. Some of the many skills performed:

• Restock supply areas according to established levels.
• Assist in the receiving, verifying and placement of incoming supply deliveries.
• Preform Cycle Counts
• Document any department backorders and submit to front office to research.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Front and organize products in the warehouse daily.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.

Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
