Trinity Rail is hiring a Materials Planning & Scheduling Administrator for the Parts & Components Plant in Fort Worth.
This role supports integrated supply chain processes by coordinating material flow, aligning with suppliers, and maintaining inventory accuracy across distribution centers. The Materials Planning & Scheduling Administrator is responsible for ensuring material availability to support customer orders and production requirements. This role coordinates purchasing, suppliers, and internal functions to maintain accurate material status, minimize shortages, and support on-time delivery performance. The position operates in a fast-paced distribution environment, requiring strong coordination, data accuracy, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications:
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher preferred
2+ years of supply chain, logistics, or materials coordination experience

Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office applications, especially Excel
Ability to work across the various functions of the organization and with external suppliers
