As a Material Presenter / Tugger, you play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time. Your work supports multiple production lines, maintains inventory accuracy, and helps create a safe, organized, and lean manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do
As a Material Presenter / Tugger, you will:
Learn and operate assigned tug routes to support multiple production lines
Pull materials from inventory and load the tug for timely delivery to production areas
Deliver parts to production lines to ensure continuous workflow and minimize downtime
Generate and utilize pull lists within the Winman system to replenish production materials
Receive, stock, and put away materials in designated inventory locations
Restock IMS bins and work cell inventory to maintain material availability
Support Kanban replenishment activities and inventory accuracy
Assist other materials areas with material presentation responsibilities as needed
Maintain organized work areas using 5S principles and participate in safety walks
Work collaboratively with production and materials teams to meet customer and production schedules What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service
Knowledge of Kanban or other inventory replenishment systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Ability to work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to become certified Desired Experience
Experience using Winman or a similar ERP/inventory management system
Previous materials handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Experience supporting lean manufacturing or Kanban systems Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Additional vocational or trade school training is a plus #LT
