The Polymeric Compound Formulation Specialist conducts mixing and testing of experimental polymeric compounds under the guidance of engineers, adhering to established procedures.
Responsibilities include preparing samples, testing physical, chemical, and electrical properties of compounds and cables, maintaining records, and reporting results.
Participates in facility and safety activities.
Qualifications include strong communication, technical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Preferred education is an associate's degree in Polymer Technology or related field.
